Asparagus & Goats Cheese Tart
Serves 6
Perfect for an entree or lunch snack.
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200 C.
2. Combine the creme fraiche and goats cheese in a bowl.
3. Place two pastry sheets on lined baking sheets.
4. Cut eight strips from one sheet of puff pastry, and place around the edges of the two remaining whole sheets of puff pastry.
5. Spread each piece of pastry evenly with cream fraiche and goats cheese mixture on each sheet.
6. Place the asparagus spears on the cream fraiche and goats cheese mixture . Bake in a hot oven until slightly risen and golden brown.

- 1 x Cup of Creme Fraiche or Greek yoghurt
- 1 x Cup of Goats Cheese
